’s leadership training is focused on three different groups:

Leaders from a diverse group of organizations throughout Malawi
Local and national church leaders
Tribal chiefs and village leaders

We also design seminars to meet the needs of community leaders who have a desire or potential to serve in leadership positions.

The spiritual and leadership development efforts we’ve conducted have led to the formation of The Connections Program. This program was established to reconnect orphaned children with the older generation, as well as teach biblical principles to those who are often isolated from the community.

The Connections Program provides food, blankets, clothing and other necessities for the elderly in the village surrounding We Are One’s community center. Many of the villagers who were involved in witchcraft have now come to know Christ and are introducing Him to others.

Teaching leadership skills is vital to helping the people of Malawi develop a better quality of life and share new ideas to the next generation. We believe that teaching and modeling leadership responsibility is vital to the church, the community and the nation.

The training we provide is based on biblical principles and other researched teaching on effective leadership.
