Teaching leadership skills is vital to helping the people of Malawi increase their
quality of life and pass on new ideas to the following generations. The content
is based on Biblical principles and other researched teaching on effective leadership.
Training is presented to three different groups:
We also design seminars to meet the needs of community leaders who have a desire or potential to serve in leadership positions. We believe that providing information regarding leadership responsibility is vital to the church, the community and the nation. We're thankfull for the opportunity to lead hundreds of participants through our leadership workshops.
