The Future Hope program began in 2004 by Mary Vaughn who visited Malawi and was moved by the plight
of women of all ages. She returned to the United States and shared what she saw with her friends;
whom together raised money to help women start small businesses and pay for girls to complete their
education. Investing in the women and girls has proven to be very successful.
