We Are One Ministries

At Victory Christian Temple, we worship the Lord and learn from His Word every Sunday. All ages, economic levels and several tribes are represented in our congregation. Our bus ministry travels throughout the area, allowing us to serve not only the neighborhood where we’re located but also the entire city. Throughout the week, church members come together in home cell groups, youth clubs and a variety of ministries, including men, women, young adult, youth and children.

With Moffat and Rosemary serving as senior pastors, THE team of church leaders provides wisdom and insight to many other individuals and churches who are growing and learning to take responsibility for their families, the church and the community. A program called System of Salvation (or SOS), a strategy for personal evangelism, has been successful in teaching how to reach others with the Gospel.

Many years ago, God gave Moffat Phiri a vision for a church that would reach all sectors of the city of Mzuzu. That vision became reality in 2001, when Victory Christian Temple, a non-denominational, Pentecostal church, began in Moffat and Rosemary’s living room with just 12 members. That number has now grown to over 500. After meeting in six different locations in six years, a huge building was completed in 2007 and now is seen as one of the amazing architectural structures in the area. It was designed by Moffat and built by a few faithful men and church members who volunteered their time and their skills.
